whats up? I have a question.
Hello
anybody been doing any thing fun in the CC world? I have been playing Ronson at Scheldt, we have experienced some weird problems with the compatibility of our game. We both have the same version however he can fit Pak40's in buildings on his version but i can not. Anyone have any idea's?
I also have been playing Steiner at a GJS op it's very fun and quite action packed! I am learing the ways of GJS and enjoying it quite a lot thanks.

dgfred, where do you live at? I am always looking to play some games I never see you at GR though. I would be more than happy to play some games with you time zone permitting, I live in US Nebraska falls in the Central time zone.

Hey loki,
I haven't been on GR much lately... my daughter's tennis season is going on. Not too much free time. I am in N.Carolina, US (eastern time zone). I will look for you soon tho, I have you on my friends list. I have been looking over and playing the Utah mod the last month or so... I like it. See you soon.
Best regards, dgfred

Re: whats up? I have a question.
Hi all,
Yes very strange problem with that Scheldt for sure, but its still a fun game, and so far as I can tell a well researched mod.......Hopefully we will have more luck with TLD ground tactics mod...
Meanwhile I have been playing RD_Helmut at LSA, holding up his advancing 30 Corps with the FJ and successfully recapturing the Grave bridge with the Panther BG, also managed to keep the 1st AB away from that Arnhem bridge and the 82nd AB back from Nimegan, though things are tough there.
Also continuing with WaR against my regular partner Toscana, just about holding those panthers back with the US forces, and even been abloe to cut a couple of his BGs off .....hope to turn the tables soon as Pattons armour has just arrived and the clear skies for the USAAF.
Let me know what you think of the Utah mod, I have played it a bit, but find the 17th SS very overpowered, with lots of 'veteran' grade troops. This is a bit odd considering they were a recently formed unit with a high proportion of 'ethnic' germans in the ranks, with Normandy being their baptism of fire.
Looking forwards to seeing you all soon on GR.
Cheers
Ronson

Hey Ronson,
I haven't made it to the point of the 17th SS entering. I'll let you know when I get there.
Seems like already that a good German player could hold up the Americans quite a bit, but really just to day 3 in both my games. Hope to see you soon. Best regards.
